Description: A collaboration of inspired artistic interpretations opens at Columbia's First Thursday event. Featuring artworks of area artists inspired by USC School of Music composer Jesse Jones' "In Dulcet Tones." Jones will jury the works, and the winners will be announced at 7:30. The North American premier of “In Dulcet Tones” will be performed by Rebecca Hunter and Lynn Kompass on the Cornelia Freeman Concert Series Sept. 28 at 3:00 p.m. in the School of Music. The winning artworks will be displayed on stage during the performance.
