1st Annual Prosperity Arts & Antiques Show Saturday May 5th, 2012 at the newly renovated Prosperity Train Depot cargo room and grounds, located in the heart of downtown Prosperity. The show hours are 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
The Arts and Antiques Show is a juried show for handmade items. There are about 40 spaces available at this show. Please send photos, images on CD or a web site link. Acceptance notifications will be emailed April 6th.
The spaces are: 10’x10’. The cargo room is accessible by two staircases and a ramp. Surrounding areas are outdoors and on ground level, tents are required. The Cargo room and surrounding areas are non smoking. There will be an area for those who care to smoke.
Set up times on Saturday are from 7 am – 9:30 am., If you have not started your set up by 8:45 am Saturday you will forfeit your space. Vehicles belonging to exhibitors will be asked to start moving out of the setup area at 9 am.
Parking during the show hours is limited, an assigned area will be provided for exhibitors. The streets around the depot, town square and the parking lots adjacent to the depot are for your customers. If you cannot fit your entire inventory in your booth please accept the fact that you will have to walk that distance to restock.
